I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide, specifically a "next day delivery" that turned into a week. When I tried to get a refund for the $19.95 express shipping fee, I was met with automated bots and dismissed calls, making the entire process frustrating and a complete waste of my time.
Customer: I paid for next day delivery for my glasses, and it’s clearly not next day. Your site explicitly stated "eligible for next day delivery," and now I've received an email saying my order will take three business days. I want a refund for the $19.95 shipping fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely, and I sincerely apologize for the misleading information regarding the delivery timeframe. I can see your order here. Customer: Misleading is an understatement. I tried calling, but it's an automated nightmare, and your live chat is just a bot. I had to go through "place an order" just to reach a human. You didn't provide the service I paid for; I need that refund processed now. CS Rep: I truly regret the difficulties you experienced trying to contact us and the unfulfilled delivery promise. We are processing a full refund of your $19.95 express shipping fee right away. You should see it back on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Customer: This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing.
