My online shopping experience with this website has been truly terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning. I ordered glasses for an upcoming trip, fully expecting them to arrive within a few weeks. However, the company's claim of 6 days to produce the glasses feels utterly dishonest. "Frustrating" is the word to describe this company, and "dishonest" would be another. My trip has come and gone, and there's still no sign of my order. I'm deeply disappointed that they misled customers on how long it actually takes. This entire experience drove me to contact customer service, hoping to get some real answers, but their bot was worthless, and I doubted there were any human reps.
Customer: I'm calling about order #12345. I placed it weeks ago, expecting it to arrive before my trip, which has now passed. Your website stated a 6-day production time, but it's been far longer, and I still don't have my glasses. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, sir. I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the misleading expectation set by our estimated production time. Let me pull up your order details immediately to investigate the current status. Customer: Misleading is an understatement. I feel completely deceived. This isn't what I signed up for, and your bot was no help at all earlier. Where are my glasses? CS Rep: I hear your concern, and I am very sorry for the poor experience with our automated system.
