I’m utterly furious because GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I get from their customer service is a BOT telling me it’s "in transit." It's infuriating! I simply want my money back. I decided to leave this review and try engaging with their customer service one last time, hoping an actual person could finally address my order #105081183.

Customer: I’m calling about order #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, I never received it, and you still haven't processed my refund for $246.00. I keep getting bot responses. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced, ma'am. That sounds incredibly upsetting, and I understand you need your money back. Let me pull up your order. Customer: Upsetting is an understatement. The tracking still shows it stuck in Atlanta, and I've been waiting for weeks. I just want a human to help me get my refund, not another automated message. CS Rep: I assure you, I am a human, and I'm here to help. I see the issue with your order not being delivered and the refund request. I will escalate this immediately to our finance department to expedite the refund process. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Customer: A confirmation is a start, but I’ve been promised things before. What's the absolute latest I can expect this refund to be back in my account? I've already had to file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General. CS Rep: I completely understand your skepticism. While our standard processing time is 7-10 business days after agreement, given the circumstances and escalation, I will personally follow up to ensure it's processed as quickly as possible, ideally within 3-5 business days. I'll also send you an email right now summarizing our conversation.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and enduring such a terrible experience.
