🚨 A Customer Service Disaster: Two Weeks, Zero Communication, and a Phantom Order!
I'm writing this to warn anyone considering this company. My terrible online shopping experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I hope my story serves as a caution. After I placed my order, I waited and waited, but weeks went by with zero communication. It has forced me to conclude that this company has horrible customer service I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s been over two weeks & no updates on shipping. I called the shipping company and they are telling me they don’t have any package. Will have to call my bank to get it credited it back. This company is a scam. I felt I had no choice but to contact their customer service to demand answers.
Customer: I’m calling about my order. It’s been over two weeks and the tracking number you gave me doesn't exist. Where is my package?
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this for you?
Customer: It’s #10583B. I already called the shipping carrier directly, and they have no record of any package from you. This is starting to feel like a scam.
CS Rep: I see your order here, and I sincerely apologize. It appears there was a system error and your order was never dispatched from our warehouse. This is completely our fault.
Customer: A system error? For two weeks, no one noticed? That's unacceptable. I don't want new glasses, I just want my money back. I don't trust you to get it right.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. I have already canceled the order and processed a full refund for you. You should see the credit back in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
